Hi! I’m a first-year graduate student in the Department of Linguistics at UC Santa Barbara, and a member of the Trans Research in Linguistics Lab (TRILL) and the PRoducing and Perceiving Language (PRPL) Lab.

My research interests at the moment largely center on the social meanings of language: how they’re acquired, accessed, and used to create and navigate the social world, all with a focus on queer and trans language.
